Player Code of Conduct

Hudson Heights Athletics is built on discipline, accountability, and respect. All players are expected to follow the standards below at all times.

Player Expectations

All players must:


* Show respect to coaches, teammates, officials, and opponents

* Arrive on time and prepared for all practices and games

* Give consistent effort and compete at all times

* Be coachable and willing to learn

* Represent the program with pride on and off the court

Unacceptable Behavior

The following will not be tolerated:


* Disrespect toward coaches, players, or officials

* Fighting or physical altercations

* Consistent poor attitude or lack of effort

* Disruptive behavior during practices, games, or travel

* Cursing or using disrespectful/derogatory language toward coaches, teammates, officials, or others

* Negative behavior that affects team culture

Uniforms & Equipment

* All uniforms and equipment are property of Hudson Heights Athletics

* Players are responsible for taking care of all issued gear

* Uniforms must be worn correctly during all games and events

* Uniforms and equipment must be returned when requested by the program

* Lost, damaged, or unreturned items may require replacement fees charged to the family

Communications & Social Media

* All communication with coaches must remain respectful

* Concerns should be addressed privately, not publicly

* Players and families should not post negative comments about the program, coaches, or teammates on social media

Discipline Policy

Failure to meet expectations may result in:


* Reduced playing time

* Temporary suspension

* Removal from team or program


All decisions are made in the best interest of team culture, development, and standards.

Final Expectations

By participating in Hudson Heights Athletics, all players and families agree to uphold these standards and contribute to a positive, disciplined, and competitive environment.
